Unify Business Solutions offer telecommunications and IT solutions, tailored to the needs of retail, manufacturing, education, healthcare and prison services.
Unify works closely with the custodial sector in the UK, Channel Islands and New Zealand, developing their own products in-house. Unify has provided a couple of firsts for prisons – the first in-cell phones in the UK and the first in-cell phones in the southern hemisphere.
Unify are proud to support the Shaw Mind Foundation and will be helping to raise much needed funds through employee led fundraising, commercial activity and sharing mental health information with employees.
Why does Unify want to support The Shaw Mind Foundation?

What will Unify be doing to ensure that it creates a positive environment for mental health?
“We are very pleased to be able to offer all of our employees access to the range of guides provided by The Shaw Mind Foundation on workplace mental health. Unify operates a place of work that is a ‘Mental health open zone’ wherein all staff can feel confident in us as an employer welcoming them to openly discuss any mental health issues that they may have – without fear of any judgement. Mental health issues really can affect anyone and we want our staff to know that we are there for them.
