911 is the universal emergency number for everyone in Canada.
The Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention (CASP) offers crisis centres and hotlines based on your geographical location.
Calling a Crisis Centre is the right thing to do if you are in crisis, or if you need support for someone you know. Trained professionals are available 24 hours a day. Find a crisis centre now.
Distress Centres emotional support in response to your crisis or distress.
Crisis Line offer professionally trained Crisis Line Responders there to answer your call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Kids Help Phone are Canada’s only toll-free, 24-hour, bilingual and anonymous phone counselling, web counselling and referral service for children and youth.
The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) provides direct service to more than 100,000 Canadians through the combined efforts of more than 10,000 volunteers and staff across Canada in over 120 communities.

Healthy Minds Canada (HMC) is a national charity in the mental health and addictions space.
Anxiety Canada is a non-profit organization whose aim is to promote the prevention, treatment and management of anxiety disorders and to improve the lives of people who suffer from them.
The Defeat Depression Campaign provides hope and reduces stigma for people who are affected by depression and other mood disorders.
The Schizophrenia Society of Canada work with 10 provincial societies to help individuals with schizophrenia and their families have a better quality of life while they search for a cure.
