Activities
We’ve created some activities for children and young people to enjoy to get them involved in #SockittoStigma! They’re designed to get conversations going and really allow people to think, learn and begin to understand more about mental illness.
Simply download, print and get creative!
Don’t forget to share your creations with us by tagging us on social media – @Shaw_Mind on Twitter and Instagram, and @shawmindfoundation on Facebook.
