About Sharon:

The sole purpose of Sharon’s business is to raise awareness through her own experiences with mental health issues, recovery and wellbeing.

Author of Stripped Bare, poet and ambassador for The Shaw Mind Foundation, Sharon firmly believes to live a healthier life both mentally and physically we need to redress our thought process regarding happiness and success.

Sparking interest from the regional and national media, her story has appeared in Woman’s Own, Psychologies magazine, Stella magazine and others. Her debut TV appearance was on This Morning in 2017.

Sharon has written articles for Action for Happiness, The Wildlife Trust, and Everyday Mindfulness, amongst others. She is a blogger for The Huffington Post, writing about mental health and animal welfare.

Sharon’s speaker packages are a huge success at mental health seminars, wellbeing exhibitions, and animal welfare events. Sharon believes that health and wellbeing is essential to both employers and employees.
