Rani has over 35 years of experience in the NHS, where she has served as a registered nurse and a leader in the field of mental health and learning disabilities, providing specialist interventions.
She worked closely with Professor Gilbert who founded Compassion Focused Therapy, principles of which she herself has used extensively to maintain wellbeing both in her personal and work life.
She is passionate about the wellbeing of people in the workplace and is a qualified executive coach which she has used to support others to achieve to their full potential.
She has augmented a therapeutic approach with her coaching to create a unique style that provides support and helps individuals and teams grow from strength to strength.
