We believe that everyone should have access to mental health resources when they need them.

1 in 4 people are affected by mental health issues each year and this is what drives our determination to provide society and communities with positive mental health and wellbeing support.

We are committed to helping people struggling with their mental health, to get the help when they need it. We do this by increasing mental health education in schools, changing the corporate opinion of mental health and raising awareness to break the stigma and normalise conversations about mental health and here’s why:

  • 8% of young people aged 5-19 meet clinical criteria for a mental health disorder.
  • 1 in 5 people take a day of absence due to stress, but 90% cited a different reason for their absence.
  • There were 6,507 suicides registered in the UK in 2018.

We rely on the generosity of the general public fundraising for our foundation; whether that’s organising and running an event, or simply donating! It all makes a huge difference and allows us to continue our work in helping those struggling with mental illness.
