Meet the team

Peter Circle

Peter Wingrove – Operations Director
Peter joins the team as Operations Director, and brings with him extensive experience in recruitment and marketing. Peter spent much of his career in South Africa, creating a boutique marketing services firm before joining a retail chain, where he steered several retail merchandise categories to profitability. Peter has also worked with prominent founding sponsors to set up a charitable trust aimed at building an investment portfolio and an education endowment fund for disadvantaged people in Africa.

Peter’s passion and enthusiasm will really drive the foundation forward and ensure that it achieves all it sets out to.

Contact Peter for more information about the work that we do.

Hannah Trimble – Project Coordinator
Hannah (otherwise known as Trimbles) joined the foundation in 2016, at the very beginning of its journey, as an admin assistant. Since then she has taken on a number of different roles and there isn’t one area that she hasn’t covered in some way. Working now as Project Coordinator, Trimbles is responsible for putting together the logistics behind all our projects, creating the plans and organising everything and everyone to ensure that projects are successful every time.

Suzi Shaw – Events Coordinator
Suzi joined The Shaw Mind Foundation initially as a volunteer in 2017 helping to fundraise and raise awareness of the charity. After successfully running a string of events, Suzi came onboard as our Events Coordinator and has since taken part, and got others involved, in several fun runs, marathons and sales events, as well as coordinating our first ever annual ball in November last year.

Paul circle

Paul McGregor – Training and Marketing Manager
Paul recently joined the foundation as Training and Marketing Manager, but has been a supporter of the charity for the past two years. Author of the book ‘Man Up Man Down’ (with proceeds going to The Shaw Mind Foundation) Paul lost his Dad to suicide back in 2009 and now shares his story in the hope of helping others who may be suffering in silence. His role at the foundation evolves around overseeing marketing, alongside delivering and organising training into workplaces.

Our founders are also key in enabling us to continue to do the work that we do. You can find out more about them, here.
